CARE IN PUBLIC REALM

7th INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURE BIENNALE SAO PAULO (2007)

This project has to do with issues of private care in public field. A ladder in a park that brings people on top of a rock above an open-air theater for free attendance, ladders that people install at a rocky coast to enter the sea, and a stairway formed on a stip slope above the sea next to a retaining wall of a highway, for the travelers to stop by and swim. These examples were examined in situ through photo documentation, interviews and archive-historical reasearch and presented in 7th Bienal International de Arquitectura de Sao Paulo.
